Passport to life Making life decisions can be difficult, but it’s more difficult when you are young and have been afflicted with trauma. In this workshop one will be taught about handling life and some of the obstacles that it comes with. ➣ Life Coach = become your own coach, cheer for yourself ➣ Communication=learning how to approach things in your effectively ➣ Planning your day=how to stay focus, organize and plan your day ➣ Safety plan=when things go wrong, how to handle without falling apart
